Application:
Automatic flling and sealing machine is designed and manufactured for the flling and sealing of aluminum tubes, plastic tubes and composite tubes in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, adhesive and other industries. Its main working principle is in the loading bin. The tubes will enter the first flling die one by one, but rotate with the turntable, rotate to the second station, check the tube, and in the third station, the tube is in place and the tube is reversed. Detection, the fourth station flls the tube with the desired object, and then enters the ultrasonic (heating) sealing, bending, sealing, pressing, coding, cooling, trimming and other series of stations to seal. The finished product is exported when it is rotated to the last station, 12 stations. Each tube undergoes a series of such processes, and the final charge is sealed.
