Fourthly, the softness and hardness of cardboard boxes are also key factors affecting the normal operation of high-speed unboxing machines. Thin and soft cardboard boxes are prone to deformation, also known as diamond shaped boxes. Therefore, it is recommended to use cardboard boxes with better texture. If the cardboard box is found to be shaped in a diamond shape, the front and back positions of the upper push box blocks can be adjusted to make the upper and lower push boxes flat and square.
